Really love your work, and your humility is refreshing. I used to work with a guy who went on and has risen to another level(won't say his name)and he just went Hollywood on me outta nowhere. Keep doing what you're doing.
Sounds like you gotta woodpecker problem too. I know that sucks from experience.
